Service description
We provide free online utilities for image optimization, media conversion, SEO checks, PDF helpers, and text/security utilities. Features may change as we improve the product.
Eligibility & accounts
You may use most tools without creating an account. If optional Fah Swe login features are offered, you must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
No warranty
The tools are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect output quality, or fitness for a particular purpose. Always verify results before relying on them in production or publishing.
File retention
Uploaded files and generated outputs are stored temporarily so you can download them. We automatically delete files within 24 hours. Do not upload content you need permanently stored on our servers. Do not upload illegal, harmful, or confidential material you are not authorized to process.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the tools for illegal activity, malware, harassment, or infringement of others’ rights
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service beyond normal use
- Bypass rate limits, security controls, or access private network targets via our SEO fetch tools
- Upload content you do not have the right to process
We may rate-limit, block, or refuse service for abusive traffic.
Advertising
When ads are enabled, we may display Google AdSense advertisements. AdSense may use cookies or similar technologies. See our Privacy Policy and Google advertising policies.
Intellectual property
Fah Swe Tools branding, UI, and original content belong to Fah Swe. You retain rights to your own uploaded content; by uploading, you grant us a limited license to process and temporarily store that content solely to provide the tool output.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fah Swe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of these tools.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision.
